This page explains the services involved when you contact WABook or use its bookkeeping service.
This website
This information site does not provide an account login, payment checkout or automatic enrolment. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may retain technical access logs needed to operate and secure the website.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to answer your enquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, payment credentials or customer records in an initial enquiry. Contact: info@wabook.id.
When you use WABook
WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp service. Bookkeeping records are stored using Google Sheets. Text, receipt images, documents and audio may be processed through OpenRouter and the selected AI provider. Voice notes use Google Gemini through OpenRouter. Hostinger provides website and server hosting.
Your choices
Use text if you do not want to submit audio for AI processing. Check extracted information before relying on it. Ask us about access, correction, export availability and account closure before sending bookkeeping data. Backups and technical logs may remain after active account records are deleted.
Before activation
Ask us to confirm the service operator, contracting entity, applicable terms, market availability, data arrangements and payment details for your business before starting a paid service.
